Picking up your Dog
We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that mean owners need extra time to pick up their pets after grooming. We allow three hours from the booking time for you to pick up your dog.
Dogs picked up more than three hours after the booking time will incur a late fee of $25. Please remember that prolonged late pickups can cause your pet to become anxious.
